Let me tell you guys my honest review along with pictures.And please do consider this very seriously because it's not everyday you buy a trolley worth ₹17-18k.
I bought this aluminium luggage and after a month there was a gap between lock and body, so I complaint about this to their team. They asked me to pack it and pickup was arranged. That pick-up was cancelled by their team 2 times and again I complaint about this to them then a different courier service assigned and the box was sent to them. Then after ~8 days I received the trolley back and there were two dents on two corners. When you are claiming 5 years of warranty then if the product is defected just after a month then you should have replaced it. I'm attaching pictures so that you guys can see for yourself.
Good piece of luggage. Very silent wheels. It’s only a few days I’ve bought it, but looks a premium quality product. My review might change later if I find something wrong, but for now, it feels premium. Just has a little more weight than a polycarbonate one. It comes in a hefty 5kg for a carry on.
Good quality but design improvements would be welcome.
